However you dissect it, Pittsburgh today — despite its pension problems, despite its assessment mess, despite its racial inequality, despite its political miasma and deteriorating public transit and fractured school system — is a different, more interesting place than it was 30 years ago, and others are noticing., for whatever reason.
It’s true. Pittsburgh is a seriously underrated city.
